Phoenix, Arizona is one of the youngest and fastest growing cities in the United States. Named “Best Run City in the World” in 1993 by the Carl Bertelsmann Foundation, Phoenix has built one of the world class urban centers in the world.
Phoenix has a wide selection of dining choices, including Japanese, barbecue and Indian cuisine. Nearby in Tempe are a number of other selections, such as nice vegetarian fare, steakhouses and some popular romantic restaurants. A stop in Glendale is a good place to find great dessert, Italian and Thai food. Over in Scottsdale are many other cuisines and a few bars worth checking out as well.
